Shipping Policy

At JMARKT, we are committed to delivering an exceptional shipping experience that matches the luxury products we offer. Types of Shipping Available

Currently, we offer local delivery services within the United Arab Emirates, with plans to expand to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries soon. When international shipping services are launched, the policy will be adjusted based on the standards set by shipping companies in each target country.

Local services available:

  • Same-day delivery: For orders placed in the early morning, we strive to deliver on the same day.
  • Next-day delivery: For orders placed later in the day, delivery is scheduled for the following day. In rare cases, the delivery may extend to two days, and we work diligently to avoid such delays.
  • Delivery is available six days a week, from Sunday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM. Sunday is considered a rest day.

 

Delivery Schedules and Timing

Delivery schedules are aligned with the time of order placement and the location specified by the customer during the purchase process. We are committed to fast and accurate delivery, considering any changes requested by the customer after the order is placed. Please note that modifying the delivery location may affect scheduling and result in slight delays.

 

Shipping Costs

We aim to provide flexible and transparent shipping services with clearly defined fees:

  • Free shipping: Available for orders valued at AED 2,500 or more.
  • Shipping fee: For orders valued below AED 2,500, the customer bears a shipping fee of AED 25 per order.
  • International shipping: Shipping duration and fees for international deliveries will be determined for each destination country well in advance of launching the service. Customers will be notified of the details regarding international shipping through our usual notification channels.

 

Order Tracking and Delivery Updates

We understand the importance of complete transparency for our customers, so we provide an accurate order tracking system:

  • Customers can track their orders via the “My Orders” section in their personal profile on the platform.
  • If any delivery delay occurs, the customer will be notified via the registered email or phone number associated with their account.
  • If the customer needs additional information, they can contact us via email at customersupport@jmarkt.com.
  • In the case of delays due to internal factors, compensation may be offered based on the specific situation, but it is subject to our discretion.

 

Safety and Security Procedures During Shipping

Given the value of the luxury products we offer, we adhere to the highest safety standards to ensure secure shipments:

  • We exclusively partner with trusted delivery companies with extensive experience handling luxury and high-value items.
  • All shipments are carefully packaged using special materials to protect the products from any potential damage during transit.
  • We provide a precise tracking system for shipments, enabling customers to follow the status of their orders at every stage of delivery.
  • Strict verification procedures are followed at the time of delivery to ensure that the shipment is handed over to the correct person, including checking the recipient’s identity and obtaining their signature.

 

Special Shipping Conditions

Certain orders require special conditions to ensure the protection of products and customer rights:

  • Customers must present their registered ID on the platform when receiving the shipment to ensure accurate verification.
  • If the order is a gift for another person, the customer must provide the recipient's name and phone number to facilitate communication and ensure smooth delivery.
  • To maintain product integrity, customers are not allowed to inspect the product before signing for receipt, as all products are securely packaged to ensure quality and authenticity.

  • Our delivery team, known as “JMARKT Ambassadors”, is specially trained to offer a professional and courteous service that reflects the nature of the luxury products we offer.
  • We are committed to presenting products in excellent condition, paying attention to the finest details to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Evaluating the Delivery Experience

Customer feedback is an essential part of our efforts to improve services, so we encourage our customers to provide feedback:

  • Customers can evaluate their delivery experience through the product’s review page.
  • A feedback invitation is sent via email one day after the order has been received, giving customers the opportunity to provide their thoughts on the quality of service.

We are committed to providing reliable delivery service even under challenging conditions. If delays occur due to external factors, such as weather conditions or logistical restrictions, we take all necessary measures to minimize these delays:

  • In emergencies that require delaying delivery, we will take the necessary steps to ensure the best possible delivery outcome.

We adhere to all customs and regulatory requirements in each country to ensure secure and transparent delivery. In some cases, certain countries may impose restrictions on the shipment of specific items, such as gold, silver, or jewelry, due to weight limits or other legal considerations. We strive to comply with these restrictions to ensure safe and successful deliveries.

Note: In the case of international shipping, shipments may be subject to certain customs restrictions or local regulations that could affect delivery times or requirements. We always aim to ensure successful deliveries, and we will inform the customer of any obstacles that may arise in such cases, providing guidance and support as needed.
